Ditty Bhatti is an accomplished attorney with significant experience representing clients in a broad range of matters including employment litigation, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, and complex contract disputes.  She has successfully advocated for senior-level executives, business owners, employees, and other individuals in federal and state court, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolutions.

 

Ditty routinely litigates employment law and business/commercial matters such as discrimination and/or harassment at the workplace, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of  contract, DTPA, bad faith, and personal injury.  She works with employers to create employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and other agreements.  Ditty also conduts EEO training to employees at the workplace.

 

In addition, Ditty counsels and represents clients through bankruptcy and estate planning.
